Your credit card / debit card details will be securely encrypted using industry standard 128-bit SSL technology and unique encryption systems. We support Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode; please disable your pop-up blocker software in order for these to work.

For your maximum security, we do not process nor store your credit card / debit card details on our secure server. You will only enter your card details on WorldPay's secure server if you are paying via credit card or debit card, or PayPal's secure server if you are paying via PayPal. We are a PayPal verified merchant.

We manually check all credit card / debit card transactions to ensure that your interests are protected. We will not use your card details for any purposes other than to charge you for the amount of your order with your permission.

Your will receive your order in tiptop condition

We guarantee that you will receive your order in tiptop condition. We conduct at least two checks for each of the following stages before delivering / mailing / shipping your order:

1. We will make sure that your delivery / mailing / shipping details on our invoice, receipt, and parcel tally with the delivery / mailing / shipping details that you have provided us in your order.
2. We will make sure that the products that we have packed tally with the products that you have ordered.
3. We will make sure that the products that we have packed are in tiptop condition.
4. We will make sure that we have packed your order in a secure manner.

We buy insurance at our own cost to protect your parcels. In the unfortunate event that your insured parcel is declared lost by our delivery / mailing / shipping agent in writing, we will deliver a new set of the products that you have ordered via the same delivery / mailing / shipping service that you have paid for as per your order at no additional charge to you. We will not issue any refund. This insurance is explicitly not applicable in any of the following situations:

• You did not provide us with your delivery / mailing / shipping details correctly, including your full name, complete delivery / mailing / shipping address and a contactable telephone number, thereby resulting in the non-delivery of your parcel or the delivery of your parcel to an address other than yours.
• Our delivery / mailing / shipping agent is able to provide us with evidence that your parcel has been delivered / mailed / shipped to you at your delivery / mailing / shipping address as per your order or at an alternative delivery / mailing / shipping address as per your instructions to the delivery / mailing / shipping agent in your country. We will forward our delivery / mailing / shipping agent's evidence to you in such cases.
• You did not accept or claim your parcel from the delivery / mailing / shipping agent in your country, and it is subsequently returned to our delivery / mailing / shipping agent in our country or us.
• Our delivery / mailing / shipping agent does not offer insurance for the delivery / mailing / shipping option that you had selected.
• Your parcel is delayed by the customs office or the delivery / mailing / shipping agent in your country, but it is on its way to you.
